If you log in with the member ID and password that you registered as a member, you will not have to enter orderer information every time you make a purchase, and you will be able to place orders smoothly.
In addition, we will deliver information such as new products and campaigns from our store.

Order flow

We will send you two emails before the product is delivered.

・Order confirmation email

This is an email automatically issued by the system after the customer places an order. If you do not receive this email, your order may not have been completed for some reason. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the store.
If the content of the order confirmation e-mail is different from the content of the order, please contact us immediately.
We do not accept cancellations or exchanges after delivery is completed (shipment procedure).

・Product shipment completion email

This is to inform you that the product you ordered has been shipped to the address you requested.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled from the "Order Inquiry" screen only before payment has been made.
For cancellation after that, please contact us separately.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations of orders after shipment arrangements have been made.

About payment

  • If the credit card cannot be used due to the customer's usage status, we will guide you to change the card information or payment method, or cancel the order.
  • If you do not change your credit card information or payment method within 7 days, your order will be automatically canceled.

*Please contact the credit card company directly as we are unable to understand any inadequacies, information, etc. on the credit card.

Convenience store payment is a payment method that allows you to pay for goods and services at a convenience store. Instead of sending payment information from your personal device, you can use cash because you bring your payment slip or transfer number and pay at a convenience store.
Please make payment within 2 days after confirming the order. Please note that it will be automatically canceled after 2 days.

Convenience store payment cannot be used for payments exceeding 300,000 yen

LINE Pay is a smartphone payment method that is installed in the communication app "LINE". It is a service that can be used to pay for affiliated services and shopping by charging the balance with a bank account or cash.

□ Merpay

Merpay is a type of smartphone payment using a smartphone, and is a payment method that downloads and uses the free Mercari app. In addition to being able to use the sales proceeds from the flea market app Mercari, it also supports charging from bank accounts.


It is a mechanism to purchase products using a smartphone payment application and to pay by reading a QR code with payment information.

  • As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
  • In our shop, we inspect all products before shipping, but in the unlikely event that there is an initial defect due to incorrect delivery or a new unused product, we will exchange it. Please contact us within 5 days from the date of arrival of the product. We cannot accept returns for products that have passed 5 days from the date of arrival, so please check the condition of the product as soon as it arrives.

About delivery

In-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after confirming your order. For products that are not in stock, we will make them after ordering (delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks), so we will contact you by email as soon as the delivery date is confirmed.

All prices include consumption tax.

After-sales service for jewelry

For one month after purchase (up to one time), simple repairs such as size readjustment are free of charge. In that case, the round-trip shipping fee will be borne by the customer. However, please note that some items cannot be resized. ​Also, even after one month, we can resize or repair the product, so please feel free to contact us.
